First, select the Facility you wish to schedule. After the
screen updates (causing this information to be replaced), select
From and To times for your event(s).
As you select the from and to times, the calendars will grey out
the unavailable dates for those times leaving available dates in
the "normal" color.
Choose one or more dates by clicking them on the calendars. Then enter
a title and optionally additional notes and click "Add".
To display this information again, select the "blank" Facility.
